Nestled at the base of the Wallowa Mountains in Joseph, Oregon, the Josephy Center for Arts and Culture is a thriving community arts organization focused on increasing access to fine art and educational programs.  Due to their success, the Center had outgrown their current home, a log structure originally built as a bank in the 1980’s.

A masterplan was developed for the Center through extensive interviews with community stakeholders, board members, and staff, identifying the need for an increased presence on Main Street, expanded studios, and dedicated galleries.  Three new wings will be built in phases emanating from the Great Hall, truly becoming a ‘community living room.’
