Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine region, the Dundee Hills Tasting Residence is combines a private residence, a tasting room, and a bed and breakfast, all sited within a Pinot Noir vineyard. The 10-acre site has a consistent southern slope, perfect for grape cultivation. Taking advantage of the topography, the building’s Z-shape includes a stacked hospitality wing for the tasting room and bed and breakfast, and the private residence wing, inflecting to create a private terrace adjacent to the public spaces.
